Our commitment is to provide your completed review report at least 48 hours before before your condition removal deadline.

*To qualify for the Standard Review rate, all condominium documents must be received on or before the date specified in the Offer to Purchase.

Expedited Review - $460.00

For transactions with tight timelines, our Expedited Review service is available when a completed review is required within 48 hours of receiving all condominium documents.

Once we receive your order for a review, you will be notified with payment instructions.
